1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AvatarVib platform (the "Platform"), operated by Vivid Precision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vivid Precision regarding your use of the Platform, including any digital assets, avatars, or community interactions hosted herein.

"The digital identity you create here is a reflection of your essence. Respect the platform, and the platform will respect your creativity."

2. Eligibility & Access

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Global Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all local laws and regulations.

3. User Conduct

Harmful Behavior

Harassment, hate speech, or any form of digital bullying will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the ecosystem.

Using scrapers, bots, or any automated means to access the platform without explicit written permission is strictly forbidden.

Community Integrity

We expect all users to engage authentically. Impersonation of other users or Vivid Precision staff members is grounds for account termination. Our community thrives on genuine connection and expressive digital identity.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, brand assets, and interface designs remain the exclusive property of Vivid Precision.

Users retain ownership of the original content they upload, but grant Vivid Precision a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content as part of the platform's core experience.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivid Precision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

6. Termination

Vivid Precision reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, Vivid Precision, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
